In addition, there are many Hanoi Highway in the area such as Thang Long Avenue, Phap Van-Cau Gie, in addition to the highway from Hanoi to Lang Son, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Noi Bai-Lao Cai, Hanoi-Thai Nguyen is also in the process of building.
About waterway, Hanoi is also important transport hub for ferries to  Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Vietnam and landing Ham Tu Quan to Pha Lai.
